Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are an original manufacturer specilizing in all series porcelain products and with own oversea sales team and professional after-service.

Q2 : Where is your factory?

A: Our factory sites in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, China. Welcome to visit us.

Q3: What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?

A: It is negotiable according to the specific product.

Generally speaking, we request 300pcs or sets for each product.

Q4: What kind of material are your products made in?

A: Mainly, there are three kinds of material: bone china, porcelain and ceramic. For the quality grade : bone china > porcelain > ceramic.  If you would like to know more details, please feel free to contact us directly

Q5: How about the quality control system for your product ?

A: We have a very strict QC system interiorly. Meanwhile, we can do any test according to different countries' different requirement.

Q6: How about your package? Is it possible to ensure product safety?

A: Regular and safe export package standard, also available to customize packaging according to customers' demand.

Q7: How many days of your usual production time?

A: Usually production time is about 30~60 days. Customized sample is about 15-25days. 

Please note that: the delivery time will be relatively extended during peak season and Chinese New Year.

Q8: Can you produce with our special designs?

A: Sure, we are professional and experienced original manufacturer which can provide any OEM/ODM production with exact drawings. 

Q9: What's your payment terms?

A: Trade assurance, Western Union for small amount, T/T for bulk orders, all these are available for us. 

Q10: How do you provide after-service?

A: We will provide new products for customers even after shipment as long as our reason result in goods loss, product broken. But sometimes because customer's forwarder's reason or local courier's rough, need customers to negotiate with them.

Q11: Do you have your own forwarder?

A: Yes, we have long-term cooperated forwarders. Customers can freely  choose to go shipment by our or your own forwarders

Q12: Can you promise that not sell our own design products to any other customer?

A: We ensure all customized designs will belong to yourself to protect your market forever.
